Mark T. Thomas is a Founder and Managing Partner of MCP, and serves as the executive liaison between MCP and Monitor. Mr. Thomas is a founder of Monitor, a member of its Global Group Executive Committee, and one of the firm’s most senior consultants, having developed and overseen several of the firm’s most important and long-standing client relationships. In addition, Mr. Thomas established Monitor’s Milan office and served on the firm’s European Executive Committee. Prior to joining Monitor, he was a senior consultant at Bain and Company. Mr. Thomas is a certified professional engineer and worked as a process engineer and project team leader at ICI’s Canadian subsidiary.

Mr. Thomas received a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honors from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was named a Baker Scholar. He has served as a Director of American Fibers & Yarns, Codere, Hinckley, Metro and Service Partners.
